chapter 1: written in bone

it began in what could not be hidden. bone, black, khaki- quiet shades that stay close to the skin, as if they'd always been there. a first uniform, not announced, but found. and within it the words appeared: toujours là (always there), et rien d'autre (and nothing else), mon coeur sait (my heart knows), jamais sans (never without), the unnamed one. they are not explained. they are carried. markers for those who read beneath the fabric.

the hush dress followed: silk pared back to a whisper, a shape that disappears until seen. restraint cut to silence. the silk puffer: contradiction incarnate. fragility recast as armour. a cocoon of softness made to withstand. the nappa chain bag: smooth and unadorned. an object of quiet weight. marked only by the pull of nickel. not additions but fragments of the same bone. carried forward. carved in silence.

chapter 2: etched in thread

bone was the foundation. thread is the rebellion. the house moves in contradiction: restraint cut open by instinct, elegance sharpened with feral edge. every stitch is a paradox. every seam a secret. a cashmere coat that shields yet exposes. a dress that denies yet surrenders. pieces that carry their opposites- so the truth is never still. this is couture not as perfection, but as defiance. not harmony, but tension sharpened into form. etched in thread.

a house carved in Canada. carried across continents.
