where are they made?

the core editions- t's, hoodies, joggers- are cut and made in the UK, shipped directly from the UK.
the hush dress and the nappa chain bag are also made in the UK, shipped from the UK.
the silk puffer is cut in the UK & EU, then hand-finished in Canada, shipped from Canada.
couture-cashmere coat, suiting, future cuts- is made and shipped from Canada.

are the editions limited?

yes. every release is an edition- small, deliberate, finite. black is cut in quiet runs. bone appears rarely, almost ceremonially. once gone, the chapter closes.

when do orders ship?

UK editions: typically ship within 5 days.
Canadian silk puffer, couture & tailoring: hand made or atelier, allow 3–4 weeks. all shipments are tracked, sealed, and marked- each one carrying its story.

returns

7 days. unworn, unaltered, in original condition and packaging. shipping costs for returns are carried by the client. duties and taxes are non- refundable. exceptions: toujours là gift card, the silk puffer, the nappa chain bag, couture pieces and tailoring are final sale. to initiate a return, contact us through chapter inquiries to arrange shipping.
